The biggest boost for Marvel speculation is keeping characters and events in continuity as opposed to DC's continued evolution toward its omniverse model. With Marvel's multiversal approach however it seems as if it may soon oversaturate the market with (the same) characters.

Sometimes synapses take 35 years to fire. 😂
