Some WIP shots and my original doodle. At no point in the armature stage did I feel like this was going to work out, but I wanted to see it through😂
I've had an idea for a pterosaur based figure for a while now, but was on the fence about pursuing it. To sell myself on the idea, I wanted to sculpt a rough version. I found a basic tutorial online about making an armature and just dove in.
Three hours later, I was sold 😍

Got the green light to share some older work I did for Fisher-Price's Heritage style guide back in late 2017. Hopefully these were used on something 😄
When I saw the Aliens: Nightmare Asylum comics in 5th grade, I was blown away by the art. I read it again a couple nights ago and it's still amazing.
P.S. Ripley's loadout at the end of the story would make 90's Cable jealous.
