Though you may feel darkness from discouragement, remember that Jesus Christ is the light of the world. And as the Book of Mormon teaches, He can be the light that can pull you out of your darkness. (See 3 Nephi 11:11.)

The woman with the issue of blood had faith in Jesus Christ. Even without the knowledge that Christ would fully heal her, she had enough hope that her burdens could be made light if she could but simply touch His robe. (See Alma 32:23 & 33:23)
