One of my favorite characters gets introduced as a sleeper surprise in the end of this issue... 👀

I like the touch that the Martians use some sort of hypnotic technology as an allusion to Martian Manhunters telepathic abilities as they're obviously riffs off of DCs take on Martians.

This issue we meet Machine Head and his right hand man Isotope. This is the start of a peak into the organized crime side of Invincible's world that allows the comic to move from Superman high-sci-fi to friendly neighborhood Spider-Man antics in a fun genre move.

I love that Robots design can convey very specific emotions when angled the exact right way despite having literally no facial animation.
