A good choice. Webtoon classifies it as a “supernatural series” but I’d say it’s more character driven action series that has appeal to both genders. Anyways that’s my rant idk what I was trying to say just that I find this stuff interesting.

It’s interesting in my local bookstore (Indigo) Solo Levelling is in the manga section despite /technically/ being a manhwa. Whereas True Beauty (also a manhwa) is in the graphic novels. I guess there is no consistency between publishers (Yen Press / Webtoon) where they belong.

@worldstraveller Oh yes but I was talking about comics specifically not necessarily graphic novels in general (as a lot graphic novels don’t even have a “comic” debut!) then there’s like a new surge of line webtoon to print which start out digitally and move to physicals.

I love Yoo. Is it sometimes slow paced? Yes. However the deep dive into character’s psyches is like completely and utterly unmatched. Has some of the funniest comedy and also the most gut wrenching moments that make me want to curl up and die.
