Hey folks, in roughly half an hour I'll start an unplanned The Lost Bay live mini-design session, I'll write down notes and thoughts in the dev-log channel of the TLB server, you're super welcome to chat/ask questions. Also I've never done this I have no idea what will happen :)

It's called "First look" because this version of the game will be a very minimal one, all you need to play, rules, a few NPCs, and a mini adventure.

I'd like very much to see if people dig it and what kind of horror they will create for it
