#OCeptember Day 11: Casual Setting

#OCeptember Day 10: Obscure Facts. I’m strangely averse to things like baby name websites and the like, so a lot of my characters’ names are checked after the fact. For Manda and James things worked out pretty smoothly!

I do very often play around with slight changes but though it's fun to do so it's difficult to find things that don't feel off. Counting left to right, the third in the first image here and the first in the second are two from today that I am considering using.

#OCeptember Day 9: Design regrets. I'm very attached to Manda's current design! But in terms of colour she has low value contrast. Her colours are ones I feel fit her character. Right is an altered design I considered in april.

Bonus......... this is always an interesting chain of designs to look at though.

A big special thank you to racher and emi for humouring my games of 20 questions and helping me turn them into gbf characters despite me not knowing anything about the gameplay.

For my August piece I tried to emulate Granblue Fantasy’s art style a bit. I don’t play the game myself but I love the soft textured linework and use of bounced light!
