Shulgre is a swamp beast that the Tribe living there reveres as some kind of god in order to keep it from hunting them, leaving it sacrifices ranging from disobedient Tribe members to wandering exiles. Kaleo must learn to use his newfound giftings in order to defeat it.

The Malga is the very first enemy beast I ever developed for Kaleo's story, and the very first one he encounters. A mixture of wolf/eagle/hyena, they have a deafening cry and will chase their quarry forever through the murky swamps.

One of my favorites among the Seven Sentinels! This boss lies dormant at the top of the Tower of Storms, and when awoken is charged with static electricity and uses its horns like lightning rods.

Here is the Sentinel of Growth, the earliest big boss monster I ever developed for my story. I'm still deciding on what I know I want to do with its design, but here are a few of its depictions! It is a colossal beast that controls plants and the power to heal.

Sorry for disappearing all weekend! I went out of town and visited some museums with a friend and scheduled a couple other much-needed friend meetings. In other news, here's the Beast Maker base, starring Cleetus and Silvus! One left to go before I release this set of bases!

Here we have the Sentinel of Wind, one of 7 beasts made from stars and having golden helms. They lie dormant, feeding off the Lifeshards and regulating the elements of nature through their dreams. It's the first Kaleo faces.

Cy is the bow-wielding spy and scout of the 3 Elites serving Chief Erebos, as his small stature makes him great at hiding and climbing. He is haughty and arrogant, respecting his comrades mostly out of necessity. He is cool and collected until things stop going his way.

Kronos, the most driven and leader among the 3 Elites. Single-minded and hungry for glory, he reveres the evil Chief Erebos for daring to do the forbidden in his pursuit of power. He wields a wicked sword with mastery and precision.

Bakkhos, the first of the 3 Elites sent to exterminate Kaleo and take back the Lifeshard he found. The strongest among the Elites, he wields an enormous axe. He positively delights in the acts of destruction he is tasked with.
