Someone managed to generate this with the Looking Glass AI. This is actually very accurate to how I look, except for the chiseled abs part
I've been spending a lot of time learning to 3d model human forms. After days of getting frustrated and starting over I'm finally getting comfortable it. Faces are especially hard, and I don't even want to start thinking about muscles and hair :(. About 4500 tris a piece
Here's the progress I've made on my robot avatar. I really enjoy 3D modeling, so all my 'sketching' has been in 3D as well. This is the first time I've created a character from scratch, so my neglected right-brain really struggled. 2D art is my biggest weakness. On to texturing..
You can have a vrchat avatar generated based on a photo with this website. It does a pretty decent job, and it's nice to have a humanoid avatar with a face that isn't anime. It's kind of weird looking so baby-faced though, but I suppose that's just part of the style https://t.co/hcYfb5a7RH
I'd like to give another big thank you to @8BITbeetle for creating what is easily the coolest portrayal of myself I've ever seen! It was used as part of the twitter posts for the @vinesauceisHOPE event, which is going on right now, by the way!
