I made a collage of all the times Intsys has asked Sachiko Wada to draw Eliwood

c3 Edelgard

The unwavering imperial princess

+30 until turn end by tapping another brown ally, once per turn

+20 while defending against non-tome attacks

+30 to up to 2 choice brown allies until turn end by flipping over 2 bonds and retreating this card from hand

Triandra is what you get if you take the c1 Peony and twist it to another direction

Instead of only c1 allies, Triandra can refresh even the fiercest and most powerful units. Coupled with the fact Triandra is easy to deploy, her skill is much more costly to use (card balance)

Like father, like son. c4 Roy is the only other Cipher card with four primary skills. They both work as "toolboxes", offering a variety of small benefits at low costs

He also works great with the c5 Roy, as they both want to have multiple allies to tap to achieve their effects

This card lacks a bit as a unit, as Eliwood can already promote into base 60 cards starting from turn 2

However, he comes with the excellent support skill to stack any card from hand to the top of the deck whenever he shows up, which is great for other units like the new Fir

Speculation: This card's design looks like a bridge to another new Fir, and might mean we may see a new Fir Super Rare card, wielding Durandal

Purple swords will appreciate her giving effective +30 offense support she otherwise wouldn't give (stack her with c4 Eliwood and such)

Dayan has a rare ability to summon more allies directly from retreat, but only specific kinds and one at a time

Obviously, the likes of Sin, Rath, or Sue are fine, but you could also try Thea/Tana for 30 support

Dayan also makes it easier to effectively use c5 Roy's LIS skill!

c3 Heath carries over the same gimmick of his new c1 so he will commit to his role as a unit to easily dispatch enemies precious to the opponent

Myrrh, Cormag, and Vaida are some appropriate units you can play with Heath to capitalize on his very helpful card draw effect

Some units will enjoy a buff while attacking the enemy leader, whereas Heath is designed to lay low everyone else (at least for early game). This makes him the opposite to someone like Cormag

They do similar things, but work under different roles which are both valuable

They already printed this exact same card of Priscilla in Series 7, but they've given it a new name

It's the archetypal healer card with the basic function to retrieve a card from your retreat at the standard cost of a few bond flips and ending her action. Simple yet effective
