THINGS THAT MAKE ME HAPPY: Commanders in Crisis by Steve Orlando and artist Davide Tinto. Universe-destroying epics are not my thing, but I absolutely love the concept of super-presidents from destroyed parallel worlds teaming up to save their new universe. 12-6-20.

THINGS THAT MAKE ME HAPPY: Koren Shadmi’s The Twilight Man: Rod Serling and the Birth of Television. Biographical graphic novel of a writer whose works influenced countless writers, including myself. 11-1-19.
