Since nobody wanted to buy this adoptable, I'm just going to keep it. Unless someone changes their mind and wants it so badly they'll pay a MUCH higher price than the original $25 it was on offer for, simply because it now has another picture that pissed me off trying to draw...

I wanted to redesign Pipila's outfit to not just be Towa's recolored. Based said redesign mostly on elements from figure skating bodysuits, with a Lightning Shower Rain motif. I don't draw 'sexy' that much, so I suppose this is a reasonably passable attempt. #DragonBallFusions
