Owed it to Cloud to try my best to acknowledge the original's djinn motifs without exaggerating them too much for the Gothic AU.

He falls in with the 'mad scientist' crew, but is the least mad of them. He bridges the studies of both arcane and science with Freeze and Burst.

Gothic AU's resident well-meaning quack alchemist and general mad scientist. What Burst lacks in general common sense when it comes to explosions in the name of science, he makes up for by being an uncommon genius with a perpetually positive outlook.

The vampires in this setting have more creative monster alts than the werewolves, in a fit of irony. Wanted to make the design look like it came outta Demon's Crest, (to keep to the Capcom theme)

Not at all related tangentially (just randomly reminded by bringing it up), but I plugged this old Ask pic of a mimic into AI-driven colorizers (Paintschainer Canna before it became Petalica, and Hotpot) and the output was honestly kinda impressive hahaha, I should do this again.

I wanted to strap some sickles to her legs but it didn't work out with her having to run everywhere, haha. The knife 'feathers' are troublesome enough as it is, but she needed *something* to hearken back to her source character...

Bonus lazy late night colors

"Quick" (read: still took over an hour) color test for SG's 'human'/hologram form. Mostly just to decide how I'd do her hair. Couldn't decide if full teal (like her crest) or teal on blonde (to match her feathers), but neither looked right until I added the brown, hahaha
