Anyone that can paint like this has a huge future ahead of them. It is HARD and Lisanne makes it look effortless, which speaks volumes.

So here is a painting by an abstract giant, the late Willem de Kooning.
It’s called Untitled XIV, 1976.
Not only does this painting show an expert understanding of interlinking forms & colour relationships imo, but also, it is ‘alive’ with freedom.
