I forgot that since @GearboxOfficial owns Cryptic, "these ships are bananas" can take on other meanings... https://t.co/OAJsEFZ6Y5
To your stations for another day of #startrekfleetweek! Today we have a very special Wednesday edition of @trekonlinegame’s Ten Forward Weekly! We are going to show off some NEW SHIPS, some REMASTERS, and take a closer look at the updated ENTERPRISE F! You don’t wanna miss it!
Needed a new phone wallpaper so I made my own! Here's an iPhone wallpaper of the new @trekonlinegame Odyssey-class model I rebuilt to be featured in @modiphius Star Trek Adventures Utopia Planitia Shipyards book.
Some square renders of the fancy TOS Connie model, for the 'gram, as the kids say.
My thought process is that the old design and model are nowhere near representative of where the quality bar is for STO ships these days, and replacing the old one means that we can be proud of every variant of the Miranda, that they are all roughly consistent in quality now.
I was lucky enough to be included in 2023's STAR TREK: SHIPS OF THE LINE Calendar and this time I wanted to show off the fun "nose art" we added as a paint option on the Defiant in @trekonlinegame. Humbled that it was chosen as the featured image on the back of the calendar!
The Ross-class exploration cruiser was co-developed along with the Sovereign-class Assault Cruiser as an optimistic counterpart to the Sovereign’s more pragmatic focus on combat performance. The Ross features state of the art diplomatic facilities for first-contact missions.
I'm taking a bit of time to tweak the Shenzhou so it works nicely with the Type 7a and has all of the details that the other recent remasters have had. This design was a kitbash from a lot of different ship elements, but I do love the front view.
Hey #Portfolioday! I'm the lead Ship and UI Artist for @trekonlinegame! Aside from doing ship modeling, and material work myself, I manage the game's Ship, UI and FX teams and outsource partners. I also like to do some composite renders of our models for fun in Marmoset Toolbag.
