@DarkwingDust69 Here's her 2.D from GGXX+R, where she effectively does the same move, except turned away from the camera, actually holding herself up with the arm she has, and with her "bazongas" notably less visible.
It's not that she's missing an arm, she just stopped using it for some reason.
