#Inktober 2! I got home late today, so I tried quickly sketching a bunny-dog in ballpoint pen. Then I tried using a colorless blender on the ink just for fun.
Starting #Inktober! I tried to combine a goldfish and a flame lily, with mixed success.
Anyways, these were my last colored pages. At this point, there's a few rough, uncolored drawings left.
I used to have this white acrylic paint marker that I overused way too much in my art, haha.
(I have no idea what this giant thread looks like in anyone's timeline, so I apologize if it's super spammy.)
If I had simplified the story and planned out the drawings more, I think I could have drawn the whole campaign and made a higher quality chronicle book. A lesson in managing scope!
My biggest regret with this project was that I think I made the illustrations too granular.
Although they weren't super polished, I really enjoyed making drawings that were part of a longer story.
I just realized that Twitter posts the whole thread on people's timelines every time I reply, so I should probably add these all at once instead of over time.
