It seem that Su's eyes were normal (still a little pinkish tho) so it mean the glowing and the green pupil are since he became a mantis.

I like to think that when Kevin confronted Su about project Stigma it was because he WANTED Su to stop him, his words seemed too cruel, it was as if Kevin tried to upset Su..
"I know you hate this project but i'll make you help me with it anyway, you can't do anything against it"

Sometimes i remember that Kevin did take project Stigma from Su to protect his humanity only to ask him 50000 years later to throw his morals away and help him with the project and i REALLY need to see Su punch him. 🥲
