here's hyuck's freckles - he still has his moles, which are just darker in color. his freckles are capable of emitting a soft glow (hence them being multicolor); his moles are not.

as shown in the nohyuck painting I did, hyuck can glow! He can do it at will, but it also happens automatically when he's spooked or excited.

it usually comes from his hands (like a flashlight shining through them) and eyes, but could come from everywhere if he lost control

highlights! this isnt blended or anything i just use a soft brush for highlights
