There have been fewer and fewer bursts of sadness and that in itself makes me sad, a sense of longing for that strong emotion. As if that strong emotion somehow brought her closer to me in fuzzy memories.

Eventually thru rounds of iteration, it became the Lin you see on the cover now. Maybe not quite like my friend anymore but, I love designing based off people.

Even if just a vibe or for the love you put into it while you design. It makes a difference!!

Character of Lin was based off a good friend of mine named Lin @humamamadan 🤣

Last year, I was commissioned by @HoltRenfrew to create a Lunar New Year’s Picture book in collaboration with @sennahaha again ❤️ I am excited to finally share with you some of the artworks I had done for it!
