2018: Darth Vader #11. A Bothan looks to appear in this issue, looking like a hybrid between the early human appearances and the later canine/equine appearances and very similar to Sabine's sketch. Hearts broke when it was later confirmed to NOT be a Bothan. 12/14
2012: Edge of the Empire, Core Rulebook. Following the path of the last decade but throwing in some more equine attributes in the faces. Sticking with the shorter height. 9/14
1997: X-Wing Rogue Squadron. Here we go. Bothans become dog people with rounded ears. Complete shift from previous appearances. Almost entirely unrecognisable. 5/14
1992: Heir to the Empire Sourcebook. The first visual represtantation of a Bothan with Borsk Fey'la's character profile. They appear as average sized, furry and with pointed ears but with a distinctly human look. 3/14
