issue 7 of the Teen titans cartoon tie-in comic has Blackfire return to Earth to challenge Starfire in a race.

Unfortunately, continuity errors presented by this issue means that simply cannot take place within the cartoon's continuity.

in Beast Boy's earliest appearances in the Doom Patrol comic, his entire body would change colour when he transformed...except for his head, which not only remained green, but also still had his human face. https://t.co/ecylaCrIEc

is it so hard for ppl to get that BOTH Deathstroke and Terra were shitty people?

yes, Terra was a sociopath who wanted the Titans dead. Doesn't excuse the fact that Slade raped her

these statements are mutually exclusive. But Slade, being an adult, is clearly the worse of the 2

still find it funny that Tim Drake exists in the universe of Teen Titans Go, but here he's the Robin who's extremely violent, angsty and brooding

so Silkie, the objectively best character in the Teen Titans franchise, would not exist without Mothra. and thus, i feel the need to mark this occasion.

As an aside, the works of Derrick J Wyatt contain several more references to Tokusatsu properties. Can you name them all?

Derrick J Wyatt, Glen Murakami and the rest of the Teen Titans team are big fans of classic Japanese kaiju, and references often pop up in their work.

Silkie's debut in "Can I Keep Him" pays homage to Mothra in how he grows from his giant larva form to his moth form.

the recent posts abt the 2003 Teen Titans Go tie-in comic remind me that I reviewed the first four issues of the series on here last year, but completely forgot to continue it (somehow).

I'll remember to finish going over the series beginning with Issue 5 onwards.
