I was slowly drifting into the idea that I'd create a platform for others to create games, after creating a dialogue tree system. The inception of the "adventure maker" concept.
Except I had zero plans to make an editor for it. I wanted to leverage Godot.
Then I wanted to add mod support. Nope, Godot makes that awful, too. They proclaim, oh we have this cool system that can add resources at runtime, you can patch your game and mod it and such.
Never finished it. Not even trying to. Grr!
I understand that every game engine has its flaws. But man oh man, does Godot have serious QoL problems. It's so bad that it drove me to make my own damn editor all together!
