does anyone who uses blender know if this is normal or not?

i've been trying to use blender but have been noticing this problem a lot. i don't know if it's normal or not but it's really annoying and i haven't found a way around it.

i dont have much in terms for urchie but milo and sparx are like father and son, with sparx being the over-protective parent and milo being the imaginative child who enjoys exploring!

I had some old doodles with some green donkeys but decided to redo it with an additional drawing of Yoshi

if I could do animation effectively I could probably accurately show the lag but this will do for now
