An archives that is often overlooked is the Archives for the Province of Ontario.

A number of years ago we had the opportunity for a private visit and they had pulled a number of significant War of 1812 related items from their collection.

It blew us away!

On this day in 1787, the 41st Regiment casts off its "Invalids" designation and becomes a Regiment of the Line. Merry Christmas!
