It makes us question if Tomoka is really happy in her role as a holy mother and shows us that she feels trapped in her role. She's lost herself under her persona in her pursuit to please her fans and also makes us question who she really is under the persona.Who is Tomoka really?

In the song she's trying to lie to herself through the guise of lying to you. She tells us not to listen to anything she says because its dishonest and introduces an important theme we didn't consider before, that Tomoka is devoting herself to us and doing this all for us.

Then there's her third solos Sister written and composed by Kokko, her seiyuu. Sister is the side of Maria Trap that Scripture ignored, her doubts and uncertainty. The song is Tomoka questioning her choices, of who she is and what she wants.

The vows themselves are the rules her fans are supposed to abide by and are very reminiscent of Christian ideals. The goal for her piglets is for them to memorize these vows and abide by them so they can become her biggest fans, her "sky knights." (the guys in blue in this card)

Underneath this persona, however lies Tomoka herself. As I said before, Tomoka is a very kind and selfless girl. All she really wants is for people to love her and tries to do that because she believes that will make them happy. That's the purpose of her persona.

How Tomoka gained this large fanbase is somewhat confusing. As far as we know, its something that kind of just happened to her. In her first commu she states that she became an idol to please all of her piglets, implying her fanbase existed long before she became an idol.

Describing Tomoka's charactor is a very daunting task cause she's an incredibly complicated character. I would describe her as a chunni who doesn't realize she's a chunni. She's a kind and selfless girl who presents that image of being a Holy Mother to please her fanbase.
