Skimmers have unusually long lower bills to allow them to skim-feed over water surfaces while flying. Something I only realized today while sectioning? All of that underbite is keratin; the actual bone is the same length on both the upper and lower jaw!

Herbivore or not, I doubt ceratopsians would pass up an easy source of calcium and iron.
