Last one for today:
This one's complicated.
While on my eternal cruise to 'test' artists' styles with their take on Mrs. Brisby's design, I approached ResetCMOS for a commission...
They didn't accept a payment, but produced this *very on-model* work anyway

Gift art by RubyGroza (https://t.co/PnxR6qAYN7) ca. Nov 07, 2019; due once again to @SartaArt's intervention on my behalf.
...I'm really having to internally reconcile the fact that I owe this person for a great body of art.
Commission by @EepiArt from April 26, 2020 over Tumblr
Go check 'em out - they've done a bit of really great NIMH fanart besides this, they've got a consistently cute style, and they're honestly just a charming, easy-to-deal-with person overall. G'wan & do et
Also by @Murazaki9 - this was made as a bonus re: the previous for "making me wait"...
...it wasn't even a month O: Good work takes time!
c'mon artists, treat yourselves kindly

k I'm back
Hey so I'd been following @Murazaki9 for a (long) while before finally deciding to commission them
If I know what's good for me, I'll do so again
This was completed August 16, 2019

...and then, this.
All 2018 works, these.
Frankly, each of these scenarios seems quite terrifying to someone the size of a mouse - while @SartaArt captured the theme brilliantly, I wonder how she felt about putting this to paper?
Someday I'll ask

...and so, after a small amount of communication around December 2016, this was presented to me on January 7, 2017 by NekoArt ( https://t.co/ypPNFcFE7M ); the first of what are now five works in this theme.
It's pretty much priceless to me, and I didn't pay nearly enough for it.
...and so, here be the first version, notably done in traditional media.
This card is 2.5" x 3.5" (just measured it) - real Indian In The Cupboard stuff
She did end up coloring one, which was pretty groovy.
That URL is still active, btw - this one's in her "Old Art" category.
