@Nortuet I remember when this old webcomic from a while back added a serious pregnancy arc into what was previously a comedic and lighthearted series of short, episodic stories, it got pretty fierce feedback but I thought it was brilliant, a true masterclass of writing and subversion.

I think one of the funniest things about Hideki Kamiya (Bayonetta dev) is that he will quote tweet ANY Bayonetta fanart that's missing her cheek mole, regardless of the art's quality, just to remind people that they forgot her mole.

I think Pyra's a little bit better, but still. She's basically out here fighting in lingerie, it looks really silly.

Man, after getting used to her Smash design it really is incredible how skimpily dressed Mythra's original design in XC2 was. Like I honestly prefer the Smash design, the black tights contrast well with her top and that stupid fucking boob window isn't there.

Why is it that people will jerk off Mario and Zelda music all day long (rightfully so), yet you never see anyone talk about Kirby music on that level? That franchise has so many amazing soundtracks and no one ever talks about it!

I guess it's just a popularity thing?

One of the things I find really impressive about Smash Ultimate that no one ever talks about is how the artists managed to redesign all the characters to unify so many radically different art styles while still staying true to their original design. That takes a lot of skill.
