The language is so heavy-handed that it doesn't come off as 'woke', it's just distasteful and full of biphobia and transphobia

This character is biosex male, and uses he/him pronouns. The comic was neat but as time went on there was an increase in borderline homophobic and transphobic language. Jesse is constantly referred to as a 'lady' or 'doe' on multiple occasions even tho he is a cis male.
