He is naturally born with the ability to siphon his physical attributes to his teammates. While transfering shit, he loses what he gives. Basically he temporarily donates his strength to whomever he wants to. Not to worry, he's got some tricks up his sleves

@agent_bumblebee For example, Ritsu(left) is very quick on her feet, Matadenka(right) isn't. So she syphons her own abilities to him to allow him to be as fast as her. While in sync, she is useless, so in combat, they simultaneously trade attributes.
They're so good at it, theyre invincible
