thinking about Marc in devil's reign and the absolute beast that he was.

While I do understand that Jake as the "most violent" can be not nice, I still see it as something that he does because he cares and he is willing to protect others no matter the cost.

Mr. Knight (or that inside MK) put the janitor in an unnamed sarcophagus BUT the place where Marc should be is empty. Is that because Marc IS Mr. Knight and MK or is there something else going on here?
I would really like confirmation whether Mr. Knight and MK are alters or not
