Process for page 11. Not a lot of go-backs on this one, just a lot of tedious scales.
I spend a lot of time getting perspective right in the sketches, but I don't detail things until inking. Easy to do digitally, less so with real ink.

Process! Had to redo the perspective on the squid sub, I made a little figurine out of clay to help get it right.

Never ignore a warning sign

Very pleased to release the first bit of Sanguine Tensor, as it's a fun little world. General background is that prior to ~1925 our written histories are the same. After that, things start to diverge.

Also, I got some great critiques on Sanguine Tensor so I'm doing a few more edits. I didn't forget about it!

I like the idea that even though the hives have gamma ray lasers, they don't have gamma ray mirrors so the laser is also shooting a beam out the back. Glowy exhaust is just dumping coolant and used medium.
