The snake-like leather pattern on Minamimoto's coat is a homage to Megumi Kitaniji! Specifically, Minamimoto's pattern is that of a crocodile, while Kitaniji's was that of a python.
Additionally, at the end of the Release Date Announcement Trailer, a character that looks a lot like Neku appears. He was designed by Gen Kobayashi!
And Miki Yamashita is the one who designed Nagi, Ayano, Kaie, Fuya, and Kanon! She also made Minamimoto, Kariya, Uzuki and Coco's NTWEWY designs, though their original designs in TWEWY were made by Nomura!
