Kerrianne (fire genasi barbarian, lyrus,s older half brother) is just some guy trying to do his job. As of the end of the campaign, he and Xy are dating, and it is very cute.

Lyrus (tiefling bard) is the glue that holds the party together tbh. He's pretty of face and dumb of ass but he took care of Xy when they were scared (aka always).

Cora (half firbolg druid) intimidated them a lot at first, but she's really the sweetest person. Her giant Angora goat is really cute, too.

finally most of the coloring happens in gradient maps and adjustment layers. I try to pay attention to hue variations and materials to make sure it doesn't look flat.
I definitely haven't perfected it tho, i think more hue variation will be my goal in future pieces
