This evening's Touhou I am Thinking About: Youmu Konpaku!⚔️🌸
I like Youmu a lot, make no mistake. Her design and themes are really strong, and I generally like earnest/"bullyable" characters. However, her TD-onwards gameplay is what elevates her to 1st on my list
Today's Touhou I am Thinking About: Shou Toramaru!🐯
I wish I liked you more, Shou. She has so many things going on that I think are cool, but she is not fleshed out at all in canon, her themes aren't memorable (imo), and she doesn't have legacy to make up for her lack of content
This evening I am Appreciating: Ran Yakumo, and the apparent unspoken agreement among non-ZUN creators for her to always be amazing in compensation for getting absolutely NOTHING in the way of canon content🦊
