i started sketching this some 5 hours ago and i can't believe i actually finished it in one sitting..... IDK WHY.

sanzu & koko were my fav to draw (their hair!) while izana's fringes gave me the hardest time. funny that their interesting features are usually on the left side (draken's tat, their earrings, sanzu's hair part); good thing izana can do both ways lol

interesting that yotasuke picked this portion of the school of athens to paint for his fresco. the man with the calipers is said to represent euclid who's demonstrating maths to a group of students.

i didn't think i was ever gonna find a photo reference for the lighting that i wanted and from this angle but then i remembered edward hopper's lonely window people 😭 he literally had them all facing the same direction (w/c i flipped bec mine was facing the opposite lol)
