My girlfriend saw me draw this and asked "Is the theme 'October issue of Animage'?" and you know what, they're right. That's the exact vibe going on here.

This line is (iirc) not in the original anime. It gets added into the compilation movies to explain the transition to the party. Yas does not make this transition but intentionally keeps the line and adds a scene of them hanging by the pool together. Fascinating.
