Miguel calls to Hiro as "Chino" (<-- Mexican joke. Nothing personal), and he likes changing the lyrics of the songs in base of their relation or Hiro's personality. So this was the case with the song.

HEADCANON:
MON-FRI (PIC.1): Miguel is the "morning boy" and Hiro hates it.
