i guess this is how they portray the PH flag flipping characteristic..

its like a consistent theme of 🇵🇭 personifications mostly related to flags, the color switching is attached to their personality/aspect..all thats left is heta 🇵🇭 wondering if the flag switching is also applied to him ( i wish it is, to complete the set lol)
