yey, i really liked this one.

Watching the latest ep of DQDai, I was introduced to the "life energy" that Hadlar uses,and transforms his own vitality into power. I really liked the idea,and thought "What if Buratsu used this when his power in primal form ran out?"

i'll give more context in the next TT.

@EmanueleVerlez2 this comes with the rings :v He can create rings, which when thrown, attach to the target's neck, and give a shock before exploding, but he can use these rings on his arm and use this as a means of "swing".

@EmanueleVerlez2 This is a reality, but only in Super Saiyan Blue! In Blue form, he can use his "Raijin" variant, where his blows all have a 10x bonus power, in addition to being all electric attacks!

OK GUYS,LISTEN,BURATSU NEEDS A VOICE! It has been quite some time,and i can't find a good JP Voice Actor for him. I was recently thinking of Rica Matsumoto,and maybe it will be this one,but first i want to see which type of voices you guys think that matches him.
