I know some speculated this was a grave (bc of Ch66) but I’m starting to think the sapling is symbolic of Kawaki as a new leaf shinobi. these missions he’s experienced are one loss after the other, and I can see it shaping his entire view of shinobi system. 🌱 #BORUTO
