Can someone tell me how to do hair with the shiny shit on my type of hair style stuff . Anywho I like the hair here it looks like broken glass

Did a drawing of @kurobarakaneko oc I hope you like it :) I didn’t add the orange highlights but other then that and some other stuff I wanted to add I think it came out well ^^
