Here’s something happier. I finished this little watercolor painting today.

Wee little forest watercolor.
I think I might add a few branches and a wee red bird.
I love procreate bc I can take a picture of a painting and then try different ideas without screwing things up.
(I know that a part of art, but I just can’t move on if I don’t)
So 1 or 2?

Painting I was not happy with, but I am now.
Especially the lower bit.

Idea for a birthday card commission. They want a Tree of Life. I’m doing the leaves as collage from painted paper. I was going to just draw or paint out the tree part, but the first part has gone wonky and very Tim Burton-ish.
Sadly that is not their jam.
