this has the other important pieces of his design which are his hands! as you can see, only some of the hands are anywhere near "normal". that's because he's actually supposed to have wings, not arms. his semi-constantly tries to redevelop wings only for him to force them back
also let the record show that im so concerned about a number of the npcs but specifically these guys. i feel it in my bones that something terrible is going to happen to them and i dont like it
