@JakobsenTord @sunblus @kyleenim Since Kalos is the only region that doesn't have a Ghost-type Gym Leader or Elite Four, I might as well just come up with my own Ghost specialist for Kalos.

Yes, her outfit screams Phoebe. Yes, this kind of outfit exists in XY. Why else this girl specialises in Ghosts for?

@NidoMarquis Don't know about you, but the fact Allister specialises in Ghost-types means that should he cross paths with my X character Mixia, he'd better be careful of that girl's capability to put up a fight when it comes to pitting Ghost-type mastery against another!

Remember when I talked about that low-waist skirt and tights combo?

I got inspired by the reference picture I found earlier, so I drew the female trainer in that skirt. With a Pokemon just for the right occasion on #FeebasDay!
