So it looks like the Spinosaurus has changed again, which means the art I just posted two days ago is already outdated. At least I have the excuse to say it is the Oxalaia, not the Spino, so anything goes. 😉
I created a custom brush for the scales, then I stamped the spino and made a little bit of tweak so it is not too flat in some areas.
I had three sketches from different locations of Morocco. Honestly, I liked all three, but decided to go with the third one. I really liked the various roads carved around mountains and with was an opportunity to make this image with a roadtrip type of vibe.
