Arle and Sig: Puyo's true blue duo.
I dunno what it is and it could be bias, because I'm the SigArle guy, but the two even look great together.
PP7 is notorious for how much art it recycles and my favorite example is still them making Schezo's angry Manzai pose an edit of Satan's angry pose.
PP7. It was a game alright.
Been playing with a prompt generator for some SigHilda inspiration.
I feel most times I bring it up or even write about it amount to me justifying why I like it, but I also wanna just do cute couple stuff with them.

Thinking back at how in the first arcade game, Schezo tried to gain power so he could overthrow Satan and conquer hell.
Still very Madou 2, this take on Schezo, when he was more of a pure villain.
It's either it or Fever 2, but 15th Anni. may be my favorite Puyo game.
Everything from the art, to the music, to the writing (especially characterization), has a very particular charm to it that I hold dear to me. Helps that it is basically still part of the Fever era.
While I really wanted to see her interact with Sig, I'm still extremely happy with how PPT2 handled Ess (reduced role aside).
I feel seriously validated with how I always read her character, especially seeing some growth on her end.
I love the idea of Puyo AUs and have several myself, so it's not surprising that Quest introducing an official one via Steam City, won me over right away.
Great concept, made even better by the amazing designs.
