I’ve noticed in my art that the lines are too harsh, yea adding color to them softens them up a bit but I want that pastel like overpaint type of look now, might even ditch cell shading for a bit which means more studying sadly

I’ve noticed in my art lately (and many others) that my colors really carries the drawing...I wanna stop that right now, yes I love the colors but I want to do more than just these simple drawings man, I’m gonna keep practicing and experimenting stuff, just need to lay off colors
