i do really enjoy the birth of venus imagery of standing in a scallop shell, though

im sure this is not a new or unique concept but ive had it for a while; it seems that pearls are probably created in a different way than other gems. i cant really seem them bursting out from a cliff wall. and who better to create them than a mother of pearl lol

wasn't totally happy w the pic so i edited it, but its still sept 29 so it still counts as a 10 year redraw

realized it was exactly the 10 year birthday of this pic i drew in high school so i decided to draw her again after all this time...her name is gale apparently
